Am I eligible for free support?
The free IT Support program is open to start-ups in the Agritech sector who have been referred or introduced to the program by a referring partner.

To qualify you must;

have been referred by a funding partner

be less than 5 users
-
be using Microsoft 365 ecosystem or willing to move.
We're not currently using M365 can you support us?
Our free IT support is tailored for Microsoft 365 businesses.
By focussing on the Microsoft technology stack, we are able to
provide expert level support and advise.

If you're not using Microsoft 365 yet, we can help you transition, maximizing the benefits of our focused and expert support.
Does free support include our subscription costs?
At this time licensing costs, such as Microsoft Subscription and M365 backup which aren't included in the package.

We hope to extend the service to include subscription costs in the future.

What is included?
The free support offering is the equivalent of our basic user support. We'll configure and manage your 365 Tenancy, including free onboarding for new users.
​
Manage your Microsoft updates and patches, provide​Managed Anti-Virus / Anti-Malware and ​unlimited remote support.
​
Assistance is only ever a phone call away, when you need us most.
How long will I receive free support for?
The free support programme is accessible to qualifying start-ups for up to 12 month's or up to the point they reach 5 staff.
​
Once you outgrow the program, you'll have the option to transition to a paid support plan or venture out into the world with a solid foundation of well established systems.
