Privacy Policy

We collect personal information from you, including information about your:
•    name
•    contact information
•    location
•    computer or network
•    interactions with us
•    billing or purchase information

We collect your personal information in order to:
•    Deliver the Contract or Service requested by you from us.
•    Advise you of relevant and pertinent information

Besides our staff, we share this information with:
•    Suppliers and in some cases HybrIT UK to fulfil the contract and deliver the services.  

HybrIT UK operate under GDPR and ISO27001 which has agreed “equivalency” to NZ “Privacy” laws.

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to supply contact names, numbers and locations of in support devices, we may be unable to perform services at all or to a reduced level potentially without SLA.

If you choose not to supply PII data, we will advise you of the impact of not doing so in terms of service performance and deliverables.

We keep your information safe by storing it in accordance with ISO 27001 policies and only allowing staff who need the information to deliver the service access to it. Our systems have met data privacy standards and are assessed accordingly.

We keep your information for the duration of the contract plus a minimum term to satisfy legal, financial and regulatory requirements at which point we securely destroy it by securely erasing the data from our systems.  The “minimum data retention terms differ by system and need to retain but can be specified where necessary.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
